The biggest blessing is that I have secured a ๐˜ง๐˜ถ๐˜ญ๐˜ญ ๐˜ต๐˜ช๐˜ฎ๐˜ฆ ๐˜ซ๐˜ฐ๐˜ฃ and I will be working in marketing @google starting fall 2020.โฃโฃโ €

It all started ๐Ÿ๐ซ๐ž๐ฌ๐ก๐ฆ๐š๐ง ๐ฒ๐ž๐š๐ซ when I applied to 60+ internships and received 59 nos and a yes and did an unpaid internship at ELLE Magazine as a Beauty & Fitness intern. It was anything but glamorous, but I enjoyed testing all the beauty products sent to the editors. โฃโฃโ €

๐’๐จ๐ฉ๐ก๐จ๐ฆ๐จ๐ซ๐ž ๐ฒ๐ž๐š๐ซ I interned at NBC Universal at NBC News and worked on social media, interviews, writing articles and assisting on video shoots. โฃโฃโ €

๐‰๐ฎ๐ง๐ข๐จ๐ซ ๐ฒ๐ž๐š๐ซ I applied to intern at Googleโ€”random right?! But they and other tech companies hire tons of people in non-tech roles. I realized that it was a place I actually wanted to work at (gasp) even though I will always be an entrepreneur at heart. โฃโฃโ €

After interviews and evals, I got my official offer letter in October and accepted. โฃโฃโ €

Throughout it all, I have worked on uploading videos, building my audience, traveling, testing business ideas and trying new things. I went to every career fair and networking night at USC and made sure I built relationships with the companies I wanted to work at. โฃโฃโ €
